Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?

Yes, I have worked with many clients on hospice and chronic illnesses. It is important to consult with your medical doctor.  When on hospice care often insurances pay for the massage.

How should I prepare for my first treatment?

Refrain from wearing cologne or perfume. Do not to drink alcohol or caffeinated beverages prior to massage. Wear loose fitted clothing for Healing Touch

What should I expect from my first session?

Most clients feel very relaxed, some may feel tired. Make sure to drink plenty of water and rest so the body can heal.

Do you do deep tissue massage?

Often a client will state they want a deep tissue massage but what is more important each part of the body must be worked differently.  One area may respond to a very slow deep pressure, another a gentle touch or a very fast gliding stroke.

What is Healing Touch and who can it help?

On the Home page is a lovely video explaining Healing Touch.  It is a gentle energy based modality where the client is fully clothed. This modality is excellent for persons with a lot of pain, trauma, PTSD or generally tired low energy. Distance Healing and In-Person available.

Do you do pregnancy massage?

Yes, I am trained to do pregnancy massage.  please allow greater amount of time during the 3rd trimester for adjustments and comfort.
